Samsung sells cell phones, audio systems and a host of other home electronics. The Korean manufacturer also wants to sell you a car with its name on it, but only if you’re in South Korea. Thanks to a budding relationship with Renault and its Japanese partner, Nissan, Samsung now has a line of vehicles to sell, offering Korean car shoppers an option to Hyundai, Kia and GM Daewoo.

Renault India, the French auto maker, offered three different cars in Indian automobile industry. The company has offered Renault Pulse in hatchback segment, Renault Fluence in premium sedan segment and Renault Koleos in sports utility vehicle. Renault in collaboration with Nissan India, the Japanese auto giant, opened up a manufacturing plant in Oragadam near Chennai. The company aims to increase localization and further enhances the production of vehicles at the Manufacturing unit. Renault Revamps Its Indian Presence With The Fluence

After a rather faltering start with the Logan in India, Renault has shaken off the styling stigma by launching the Renault Fluence.

Renault Fluence, available with a 2-liter petrol engine, and a 1.5 diesel engine, is a feature loaded car, though the petrol version is a lot better than its diesel counterpart. Equipped with a 6-speed VT auto transmission for the petrol variant, the Fluence is not available with manual transmission yet. The petrol variant also includes a wide range of features that include twin-zone air-conditioning, automatic headlamps, and rain sensing wipers, keyless start-stop, an on-board computer, leather seats, four airbags, and anti-whiplash headrests. Exterior: The outside is really eye-catching with a totally different design on the front. The grill, chrome and headlamps are really well placed. The boot is really strong with lots of space. The sleek line along the entire stretch of the body gives a sporty aero look. The ground clearance is about 17cms which should surely put some doubts to rest regarding its compatibility with Indian roads.
